Well the BIG week is finally here and boy did it come up quickly! Tomorrow, Thursday, May 9, 2019 will be Ivy League’s annual Broadway Revue performances. The performers are ready to go!

The shows’ theme this year is centered onthe idea, “Ivy League Goes to The Movies”. There are many performances from popular musicals that most of the audience will quickly recognize and want to sing-a-long.

Miss Margaret and Mr. Michael along with our pianist Mr. Doyle have worked tirelessly to help the students AKA our Ivy League performers become ready to put on the best show possible for their family and friends. The performers have learned the vocals and have memorized the choreography and with some last minute tweaks during this past week, they are ready to perform

After the 6:00pm show on Thursday, there will be the 2nd annual Broadway Revue Dinner. This gives the performers a chance to celebrate their job well done with their families and their Ivy League Family all together!

Extra Info

As a reminder, shows are a bit different than in the past. There will be the 3 year old show at 9:30am. Then the 4 year old show at 11:30am. Lastly, the elementary and middle school show will be at 1:30pm for a full dress rehearsal and then the night time show at 6:00pm.

For the evening show for our older students, please make sure your child reports back to their classrooms at their call time to get themselves ready for the start of the show. Each show will begin promptly at their start times. Be on the lookout for teacher and school emails to keep you updated with all the information you need. Also, as a quick reminder, no child is to be removed from the stage by their parents. Students need to be picked up and signed out from their classroom teachers.

So, Ivy League families, are you ready to go to the movies?
